Know What Is Unsafe, Unready, Overdue or Escalating.

Eleven specialist products each own a piece of the safety picture. X3 Sentinel brings their signals into one command view: what needs attention, which product it came from, how old it is and who owns the next review. Nothing is hidden behind a single score.

The Exposure

A Red Flag Matters More When You Can Explain Why It Is Red.

Leaders get a dashboard with one number and a color. It says the site is 87 percent. It does not say which guard has not been checked, whose drill finding is still open or how old any of it is. A score tells you something is wrong. It does not tell you what to do on Monday.

A single score hides the problem. The signal behind it is what you can act on.

Eleven Products In. One Review Queue Out.

X3 Sentinel reads signals. It never rewrites the records behind them. Every item in the queue carries what a leader needs to send it to the right person.

The signal

A missed review, an overdue action or evidence nobody has looked at.

The source

Which product and which record it came from, with a way back to it.

The age

When the signal was last observed, so stale is never mistaken for current.

The coverage

How much of the picture the signal represents.

The owner

Who should examine it next.

The brief

A leadership summary built from the signals, not from a score.

Stop managing a color. Start managing the thing behind it.

See. Trace. Assign. Brief.

Four moves that turn a pile of open items into a decision about who looks at what.

  1. 01

    See the signal

Every open exception across the products, in one queue.

  2. 02

    Trace the source

Follow it back to the product, the site and the record.

  3. 03

    Assign the review

Give a named person the next look, with its context.

  4. 04

    Brief the leaders

Summarize what changed, what is uncertain and who has it.

One command layer. Every record still owned where it lives.

Your Part

X3 Sentinel Shows the Signal. Your Leaders Decide.

A command view helps when four things stay with people.

An operations leader out on the plant floor, tablet tucked under one arm, talking face to face with a line supervisor beside a piece of equipment

Decide what matters

Leaders choose which signals get attention first.

Send it to the right person

The owner of the source record does the work.

Keep the specialists working

Each product keeps its own records and decisions.

Add Sentinel when you need it

It is optional. Every specialist product works without it.

The Outcome

Monday Morning, You Know Exactly Who Needs to Look at What.

A leadership review at a site that runs X3 Sentinel starts with named signals and ends with named owners.

Know earlier.

See the overdue item before it becomes the incident.

Send it right.

Every signal lands with the person who owns the source.

Straight Answers

Questions Safety Leads Ask About X3 Sentinel.

Have one that is not here? Ask X3, or write to us and a person will answer.

A single industrial signal tower light with three stacked lenses on a short steel base, only the top lens lit and glowing cyan
Is Sentinel a safety score?
No. It shows the individual signals, where each came from and how old it is. It does not roll them into a number that claims a site is safe.
Do I need Sentinel to use the other products?
No. Every specialist product works on its own. Sentinel is an optional command view for leaders who want to review signals across products.
What if we only use two or three products?
Sentinel shows coverage: which source products are connected and which are not. A gap in coverage is shown as a gap, never as a clean result.
Do I have to buy the whole family?
Sentinel is the optional command view on top of the family. You can add it once more than one product is in use.
What can I use today?
Create your account, add X3 Sentinel (or all twelve products) to your plan, and run it on your own sites. Your records are saved, and one sign-in opens every product you pay for.
